Well considering that the comp didn't change between cam changes I would have to say compression did change the power outcome. However, all things being equal the up in compression over stock is worth 4%.

get the **** off the stock suspension already! you're over a good 40-50tq then me and youre still on stock suspension.. dude seriously your car has to be very dangerous. be careful! i almost lost mine 2-3 times due to the ****ty stock suspension. how is everything holding up for you? and how is the clutch? how much different is the twin vs the triple? i imagine i will need a triple down the road so id like to know details. How many people have you made **** their pants in your car so far?

^^ Thank you. These cams seem to be milder than the s3's (280/280 11.7 / 11.7), do they allow higher horsepower than the s3's or better all around performance (ie: wider power band but lower peak numbers) ?

Mike,
you need to order the Rear Trailing arm bushing kit, the rear bump steer correct kit, front roll center correct kit, and front bump steer kit. I believe whiteline makes all of these. I have the ES trailing arm bushing.
These will keep your car from steering due to bump (squat/ high speed braking)
You probably also need more rear spring rate to resist super duper squat action.
