Hooooly shnikes. Insane power dude.
One question, these were the custom S2's or are these regular S2's? I remember you said something about the customs not being ready on time or somethin so Im curious if they came thru yet or not.

The other thing, at 36psi I'm only holding 27psi out the top. That is another problem that we are going to be fixing over the next week. The flapper will be coming out of my new housing and 38mm MVS will be going on.
I think with the housing, that will fix the backpressure problems we are seeing and the external wastegate will help keep the boost from falling off so much up top.

I did this exact same thing in my car, and 17psi boost (with 2.0 and FP Red, 2nd gear) was 5000rpm. With the flapper back on, 17psi boost was being made at 4400. A massive improvement. And off boost driving was alot better.
If you want to test it for yourself, just hold the flapper up during a run. I used Lockwire.
Instead of doing that, can you just run a closed loop boost controller?

If you remove the internal wastegate flapper and run an external, expect a 400-600 rpm increase for spool.

Seems like he means you will loose spool. Personally, Id rather loose it down low a tiny bit and then have it hold better to redline. Do you really think loosing 300rpm in spool is gonna affect you much when youre already making close to 600wtq?

Yep. It's still holding together pretty strong. I took it to one of the best shops around to get it tuned. Of course I've turned the boost down, I don't race it anymore, and I don't street drive it as much. It's only had 7 runs at high boost.
