Grats man. Your in Fort Myers, I am too. We might of crossed paths and not even know it in town. Would like to meet up and see your set up. Also take a ride just to see what it feels like. I have a black in my car but I am not tuned and only push 19psi. Don't want to take any chances on messing up my motor. Plus I need to get bigger injectors.

Not sure why someone at Buschur advised me to stick with the stock unit but it doesn't work with my set-up on the Black...the car was sluggish and wouldn't make power unit 6,000rpm!!!

AWD had a higher spring'd Forge Motorsport unit at the shop so we installed it which solved the problem.

I didn't leave the shop until almost 11pm and through the BS I forgot my printouts of the Black and the Stock/Black overlay. The car now hits hard around 4500 rpm and continues to pull harder and harder to redline where the stock turbo falls and looses power. The lag is certainly noticable going straight from stock to Black on pump gas. At the end of the day though I left with 433 hp, 378 tq...it was 95 degrees and humid, I need a 1 step colder plug, a better BOV, and maybe a better ignition setup if I want to stretch it another 20-40hp.

I think at this power level I can beat the **** out of it for awhile and save money for a stroker and quality ignition.
That sucks, glad you got it sorted out, good power for what you got I hope I dont run into any issues when they go to tune me, been without my baby for a while

I would like to meet up with you guys too, I live down in Naples. Me and my friend (black 9 500+whp) go out and mess around alot. It would be nice to meet some other evo's around that are making decent power!

Nice numbers bro the black is a great stock frame turbo as far as your ignition your fine i'm making 560 whp on a d.j. and 500 whp on a uncorrected mustang dyno with a stock ignition with my plugs gaped a bit tight..
