Bone stock VIII, Tuned stock VIII, now Ivey Tune with IV turbo and mods
Got my 03 tuned a couple months after I got it.
Stock was 242....
After tune BONE!!! stock, 257 HP.
Been collecting mods for a couple years and finally got it all on after the drivetrain warantee ran out.
Mods;
IX turbo, ported hot side
Ported stock manifold
Megan O2
U/L 2.5 ICP's
3.5 cold air intake with K & N cone
Buschur 3" DP
Mil-Spec 100 cell 3" cat
Fujitsubo RM-01a catback
IX BOV
Hallman Boost controller
Walbro 255
Boost 24 tapering to 21ish
I wanted it QUIET and it is. Sounds no louder than stock to me.
Thinking of going GSC S1's and maybe a BBK in the future.
Not sure if the RM-01a might be holding me back some and
if that might get worse with the cams and turbo.

I don't know how most get away with a loud exh and/or ext WG with all the cops these days. I wanted to be able to romp on it without attracting one of NJ's 28000 (I looked it up) "finest"

Yeah, didn't have time until now to post up. Ultimate goal is to run a stock quiet 11.9. Not sure how many mods I'll have to through at it to get there. May try that dual muffler 3" exh setup down the road.

I was definitely expecting more HP out of the IX turbo, kinda disappointed. People make that hp number on stock 9.8 turbos.
I had the fujitsubo exhaust myself for a while, way to quiet for me. Is yours stamped with a serial number underneath the muffler? Car definitely woke up after installing a new legit 3" exhaust but anything else you put on there will get a lot louder.

It does seem that I might be leaving a decent amount of power on the table for the quiet exh. Completely worth it to me, as I would never even want to drive the car if it sounded like most. BTW, do you have any numbers from before and after the exh change, I'd be interested to see that.
