Well that 470 on the DJ feels like CRAP on the street. Seriously my car feels heavy and slow....slower then with the BBK. I sent a log to the guy who tuned me on the BBK and he said that WGDC was 70% and when he ran my numbers through his DLL (showed me at 427 on the BBK) he said it was 370 or 380ish (makes sense for how slow the car felt).
I've had a bunch of driveability issues and now my car doesn't start. My shop guys are coming over to see whats wrong. I tried switching to a different map my previous tuner tried whipping up for me and when the car didn't start I tried going back to the 1st tuners map and still got nada.
So far tuning wise I'm extremely annoyed. After I figure out why the car won't start I will try to resume with my previous tuner.

It just looks complicated what with the offset actuator rod which is threaded at both ends, the circlip, and all. But, it sounds like you have it figured out. Good Luck guys! Nice numbers and spool from this new HKS turbo!

Car not getting spark. Flatbedded it too the shop. Tuner acknowledged tune probably sucked because it was late and he was tired. Round 2 will be later this week

Agreed. All the way around. Ive never had some locally do my tune and was very hesitant. I normally work with tuners outside the state. I decided I was going to give his local shop a chance.
O well what's done is done and there will be a round 2. I will have someone double check afterwards to make sure the tune is spot on so once the car is sorted we'll see.
I'm not annoyed anymore, just want this done right.
