OP, thanks for the info via PMs. I am also leaning toward the Exedy single stage 2. Hoping the stocker holds out for long enough to save up for it later in the summer. But we'll see. We should meet up some time I am out that way. I'd like to check out your ride. You are only about 45 mins away from me.

Regarding clutch options my last tune has pushed the stock clutch over the edge.

For my dd, one of our vendors recommended Clutch Masters FX300
along with Fidanza fw.

I'm hesitant about Fidanza, however I will need to replace fly since I cannot have any downtime.

Any thoughts?

Take your stock fly and have it turned, most shops can do it while you wait or have a fast turn around. Order the Exedy stage 2 part# 05952 or for the HD version which I chose #05952HD

Damn your car is a freak. I put down 376 whp/345 wtq at 28 psi with very similar mods. I appreciate that all cars are different but I have to say 50 whp more with 2 psi less has me scratching my head a bit. Oh well. CBRD FTW!

Same dyno?

I will be interested to see what a ported Full can do over my current numbers on stock clutch and head studs. I got 53k miles so figured I would wait and do the Exedy single HD stage 2, factory flywheel, swap HKS 272s for Kelfords and beehives, then add the ARPs and head gasket I have sitting here, along with a MAP rev2 IM and MilSpec TB when I do the 60k service at CBRD. And of course more boost. So round one in March, round 2 mid summer. Cannot wait!

OP, if you are around some weekend wanna gimme a ride in your freakish car? You are only like an hour from me.

its always funny how people compare "my car" and "your car" with parts and whp. those who arent concerned with power make it...those who are, dont. murphy pwns all.

Nothing freaky about those #'s. I put out 458 whp @ 26 psi on Dyno Dynamics with CF set to 1 and no weather adjustment.

Almost identical mods as op. The Grimmspeed bcs made all the difference in holding boost.
Car was tuned by Jestr.

Not to bench race but you called it out. You do realize that the correction on that dyno is set to "dynojet" But by reading your thread I guess you would see that 15 people already told you that. You put down 458 whp at a 1.15 correction factor, your car makes 399 whp corrected. Still very strong numbers.

If you read the whole thread you will see I was originally mistaken about CF #'s.
I PM'd Jester concerning dyno setup and what is in italics is what he told me.
CF @ 1, no weather adj.

Also, that day there was another car set up the same as mine except he was running a MBC.
He put down 420whp.

Same dyno, same tuner. I'm sure my day was hotter/more humid but I still wonder if there is anything I could change to make up any of the difference. I have:

BBK Full (ported)
GSC S2 w/ Beehive springs
APS Twin Vent BOV
Grimmspeed 3-port
ETS 3.5 (ETS core) with piping
Perrin Intake
PTE 1200cc
SpoolinUp COP
Buschur ported exhaust manifold
MAP o2 dump
Catless TBE (3+ inch all the way)
Misc supporting mods

I hope my post wasn't taken wrong, I wasn't trying to make this a my car - your car comparison. Have you taken to your car to the track? I would be curious what mph it traps.

I should just let this go, but you are missing my point...From your thread:

FWIW..

I asked Jestr about correction factor on Dyno:

As far as the correction factor, it was my first question. It was set to 1.0. I also had him remove the weather correction. It basically equates to Dynojet numbers.

Key word is dynojet numbers. My car was tuned on a mustang dyno, Apples and oranges...

Quick Reply: CBRD does it again. BBK full retuned... More power!!
