My guess is that the tank in question is an IC spray revervoir provided with the APS induction kit. I think that the APS intake system places the air filter cone down behind the headlight which is where the factory IC spray reservoir would normally reside. So, the tank that you ask about is probably APS's solution to relocating the IC spray reservoir. At least that is my guess.

I searched it out for you and found it on Lancershop(eek!) It is listed on their site as the APS replacement IC water spray reservoir. Take care!

Hi guys yeah your spot on the APS tank is a IC sprayer reservoir as the 3.5" cold feed pipe takes up the space of the std tank.

I had the MAF replacement pipe fabricated in the UK at concept racing for £90, he has my original IX Maf so can reproduce;

Thanks these numbers are fly wheel power on 99 octane fuel but in the UK those are good numbers. The improvement through out the range is hard to come by and i don't think i could get any other gains by fitting any other parts really apart from head works & harsher cams than my s1. There could be some small gains by fitting the Rev3 Map intake which i had planned originally but was messed around by MAP but that would be marginal at this level.

To be fair with the mods costing £1250 it would of been half the price to upgrade my BBK full to a BBK-B £600, but not seeing a decent comparisons i decided to take the plunge with these mods as the research pointed towards spool advantages and it payed off, essentially if i do decide to go BBK-B at a later date the spool should be similar to my original BBK full remap but with an additional power of around 30/40bhp
