Fuel pump, injectors 750's or bigger, test pipe, drop in filter, boost control (MBC or 3 port), LICP and tune should get you about 300whp or more.
Cams aren't needed for IX's until big power levels. Mainly things that remove the restrictions from the exhaust or cold air side will help ya.

I'm making 335 on a JDM 7 which is basically a USDM 03 Evo 8.
Mods: front pipe, stock cat knocked out, Jap catback that tapers at flanges, HKS intake/filter, 3port, walbro.
Stock dump, injectors, cooler piping, 9.8 rear etc.
335/318 on 24peak/21taper on ~92.
