FP-HTA86 vs PTE-6765
I have seen a few posts regarding what turbo is best for an Extreme Street Evo. Over the past year or so the need for a 40r or 42r have seem to almost disappear in this category.
I have always felt the bigger turbos are going to ruin your average HP, just giving you a peak number to brag about. Now with turbo’s like the HTA86 and PTE-6765 it makes 800 HP with nice curves to go along.
I haven’t yet to see a direct comparison of these two turbo’s. So I gather data off two cars that showed the full potential of each turbo. Then averaged there hp 5000-8500 rpm..

What cars are these? What Dyno? What compression? Take your calculations and do Awd 6765 Dyno and er aarons 86 Dyno. Where both turbos were at thier potential and give the 67 it's extra rpms where it shines. Picking a certain rpm range being lower do that with Fp green and a Fp black and pick the rpms between 2000 and 5000

I wanna know what Dyno that was that the 86 made 700 on a mustang Dyno! Damn sure wasn't Cbrd. The hta is only 1750$ where is the money thing coming into play? 6765 is 1750$ and up. Don't understand! Are you comparing to a journal bearing 6765? I wanna see a verified hta86 60-130 run. Then I'll do a run and see if that difference is really significant. And until you build one and use that turbo and lay down some power it's all your speculations. I built mine for the street and highway runs. And you guys are talking about street monsters. 60-130 run.

You know your right I did take it personal and I shouldn't have. I apologize. The 86 is a good turbo and makes good power. I'm Italian! I like to argue! Lol! I sit back and think about it! Hell, my car is being compared to a shop car. That means I did something right! But yes under the curve power the 86 is better. So Evom I apologize for being a whiny biatch! Nice comparison for the record.
