GT30R VIII @23.4 psi on 91 oct

Finally got around to getting on the dyno. I'm living in Vegas now and battling the west coast 91 octane. Props to Doug @ Dougs Dynopower for dialing in the AEM.

Mods:
GT3076R
GSC S1's
AEM EMS
Tial 44mm WG
Tial 50mm BOV
Tubular manifold
3" turbo back
Walbro
RC 1000cc
Koyo Rad
4" FMIC
Custom UICP
Stock head & block
Stock clutch for now

@23 psi on 91 oct

With WCF 414whp @ 6646 rpm/360lbft @ 5349 rpm. Car now pulls like it should. I'm very happy with the results. The car was a blast to drive home.

I see about 20psi @4300rpm, it is a GT30R. It's laggy compared to??? A Bolt-on FP?

That cast manifold should spool nicely and with the S2's 425+ should be easily achievable especially on 93 oct. No other turbo experience other than stock.

Yeah that's what im hoping, E85 is nice with these setups also ill be doing a map for it too and let you know how it goes. Petey turbo will be tuning mine and another car he tuned made 495 without cams on his mustang dyno! How is your spool up in 1st and 2nd? Mine feels like im not really getting full power till after 5000

By the time I notice I'm at full boost I'm around 5000rpm. So yes very similar. The dyno chart show full boost around 4800rpm's and that pull was in 3rd. I do have an intercooler that keeps giving me problems, so I'm about ready to upgrade to a BR w/ licp and see if that doesn't help out in the spool department. As for the E85 I don't doubt those #'s, with the added boost you can run at zero to little knock it seems like there's a lot of power to be gained. You just need a good fuel system to flow the added demand.

^you win the useless comment award. This is not that laggy at all. Doesn't spool quite as fast as the FP units, but it has been made very clear that BB turbos don't have the reliability issues that the red/black have. It's a trade-off. 30Rs never were too popular on Evos...probably because any t3 is gonna be laggy on a 2.0L, and most decided to go 35R since the lag isn't much worse, but power potential is much better. This setup looks great man, especially for 91...way to bring back the 30R

Thanks brother. Yeah the 30R isn't my first choice but I'm trying to make the best of my current setup. Thanks for the positive comments.
