E85, Red, bolt ons= VD 514/449
Update in post#10. Ran on MAP's DynoJet.
Past:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...441-439-a.html
Since then my FP Red came. With the help of a couple friends we put the turbo in, complete with tearing the oil drain gasket, I made a new one out of the oil filter box, which after 2 months and a couple thousand miles doesn't leak.
Mods:
Ported FP Red w/84mm cover
Cosworth M2 Cams
SpoolinUP C.O.P
JesseB "Mona Lisa"
AMS TBE w/test
AMS FMIC
AMS LICP
ETS Short Route UICP w/TiAL Q
AWD SD Intake w/cone filter
BlaqOps non progressive w/ 2xWalbro 255
FIC 1450cc injectors.
Stock IM
Stock TB-minus Mil.Spec shaft seals
Stock shortblock
Halman MBC
Tephra V7-on SD
QM Twin
Shep trans w/ Evo 8 3rd and 4th
Shep Tcase
The actual SD parts of the tune were done by Shane@DBPerformance in MN and I have not touched them.
The timing/fuel for 93 and E85 started as the ones from Shane and Diiirk respectively, I did the tuning from there for the new turbo, as well as changed the resolution to get rid of the high load columns that my car will never see.
I'm aware it is still a lot of TQ for the stock rods and that there's the potential for disaster. Once fall comes the block is coming apart for rods/pistons. Maybe some more boost after that. Probably have someone with more experience tune it after then too.
Anyway, both runs are the same day, same section of road a few hours apart. Ambient was higher for the E85 run.
There's less timing in it now than where it started with the stock turbo below 5k rpm to try and keep the TQ down on the stock block.
Tire size, and CF left at default. Set to Evo8 when I have a 9 due to having the 4th gear ratio of an 8. I still take VD results with a grain of salt, though it is noticeably much faster than it was before.
517/449 on E85
434/349 on 93
For lulz:
Pro gasket making.
Next time, I'll just take the header off.
Cheap tools suck
Engine bay. And, no, that red wire does not run to some Amp for a massive stereo, it's for running the 2nd pump in the BlaqOps hanger.

About 30 peak for E85 and about 25 for 93. I'm sure more can be had from it, but I don't want to grenade the stock bottom end.
As for pictures...
Right after I bought it.

I was back in MN on leave these past 2 weeks, so I got my car on MAP's dyno.
The one run that's low in the middle appears to be a result of my MIVEC gremlin showing up.

Logs/Gauge have never gone above 32.
@Aby I know it's well into the danger zone, it's held together so far and I've not been nice to it. I just need to make it to fall without venting the block, it's coming apart this winter anyway.
A stem seal is starting to go too, there's a little smoke at startup.
I still can't get a good launch at a strip. The QM twin is hard to try and slip and I end up spinning pretty bad, despite launching at <10psi. The best timeslip I have for the 1/4 is 12.1@126 with a 2.1 60'. This was at an "open" night at BIR in MN with no prep.
