Typically a 2.4 on one pump will go to something like 560 on E85 (fresh pump) on the Black. I was surprised I was able to push it that far. This car will get twins before too long and some dyno queen action to see whats possible for drag racing and time attack. Normally it will be run between 490 and 540 for track days.

Mikey's car made 675 on 1450s and dual 255s (inline I might add) with just enough room left it would have made something like 710 and been out. There is more to that though since its a combo of motor and compression making the available fuel work harder. We switched to an 040 and 044 for his 748 in parallel.

Weather didnt vary that much. The cars are prepared identical and built by the same guy here, Jeff. Trust me even a few days apart they are still really close.

This is why I said its at least 40-50whp normally though and feel confident with that for sure.

full weight RS

We didnt push the pump tune, it was primarily an E85 car so we left it that way 99.9% of the time. The 406 it made at 25psi was near the limit for 92 octane and 9.5:1 and as much as Billy was interested in presale.

I hear ya, he mainly just wanted it checked. It ran pretty good when it got here and was looking for suggestions on getting more out of it.. There wasn't much on the table when it got here.. Switching an E85 car to pump kills kittens.

My O2 dump is ready now after ordering it on Friday.

I am tempted to do a back to back test vs. my current AMS downpipe, but I don't want to spend more money yet haha.

I hope I can mimic these results!

Just installed a MAP o2 eliminator downpipe on my car and just from the seat of the pants it feels considerably punchier. This is on a car that made 600whp on an ebay o2 housing.

I recently ran a test on my new setup to see if there were any effects based on wastegate recirculation. So what were the results? Absolutely no affect on hp or torque for this setup.

Please see the before and after setup below.

Curious if this was on a dyno? I think the difference might be the fact that its not a stock housing but its interesting that were no gains. On a 3586 we saw 40whp but some of that might have been the angle of merge when it was recirculated was less than optimal.

I would say its a combination of stock housing and internal wastegate. The backpressure on the stock frame turbos really fights the internal wastegate and the o2 dump really seems to help with that.

VDR is close enough that if it didnt show anything your setup must be very efficient recirculated obviously.

We have seen tremendous gains on the dyno and its something you definitely can feel. I doubt that VDR would miss it on the street.
