EVO 9 (chip-exhaust-pump) from Russia

My Evo 9 GSR

The list of improvements the engine:

Exhaust Tomei:

+

+

+

collector Tomei, outlet Tomei, receiving tube Tomei, titanium test-pipe Tomei EXTREME Ti, titanium muffler Trust Ti-R.

Fuel system:

Sard fuel pump 265 liters / hr

3-Port solenoyd Grimm Speed

Everything else is stock full!
standard injectors (560сс) - 84% load

1.35 bar boost at the peak in 4th gear with a setback of 1.2 bar to the cut-off (7500 rpm)

The main requirement - greater security to the conservation of the resource factory

Powered by Igor Moshny

EVO 10 SST (muffler) vs EVO 9 (chip exhaust pump)

Here's what happened to the auto parts company Tomei:
almost at the standard pressure turbine at 1.35 bar = 365 hp and 455 NM (in stock = 280 hp and 350 NM)
As the pressure turbines has remained almost the standard, it works with a huge margin, without any loss to the resource engine.
Feelings simply delicious! It's just another car was! Very, very fast! That it retained flexibility in engine rpm range. Came out very fast and balanced car. I doubted for a long time to do or not to Stage 1 ... So for anyone who still doubts with knowledge will say - do not regret and never about anything!

Turn the boost up, 19.5psi is less than stock boost pressure.

I wanted to make the most safe for the engine and transmission, so a small boost

+ Standard fuel injectors (560 cc)

if we raise the more boost the fuel injector would not be enough

You could go up a few more psi. 22~23 would increase torque nicely over 19.5.

Nice number wither way. Thats more power than my car did at 25psi.

I think you are under estimating how strong these cars are Anton. I've had my evo for 6 years and it has been running over 25psi for the last 5. Your transmission can take much much more power than you're producing

Thank you for your reply!
I know that you can remove a lot more on these details!

Programmer Igor asked me to remove a lot more, but I refused because I want to be very safe and travel 100 years

This is my personal desire

Very conservative, but I understand. If you want to up the boost to 24 psi it can handle it easily

Thank you!

I originally wanted to slightly increase the power to change the suspension and brakes to finalize!

All this is done

the result was a balanced car!

in general about all the details, read my car's logbook

yes no frills tuning

everything you need to enjoy a car

what do you think downloading standard fuel injector is normally 84% or a lot?

what the limit STANDARD fuel injectors (560cc)?

what is the maximum boost / load they hold?
