Tscomptuned 93 oct FP Red!!!

Hey folks!

Here is my intro/tuning session. It's an 06 MR that is stock internally. A true bolt on car. No headstuds, No cams. Tom was great to work with and I can't say enough great things about him and his abilites. The car is awesome especially for so little mods. Tom was very patient and helped me thru some issues with both my computer and car. I cant be happier right now.

Here is the mod list

Stock Long Block (Valve Cover to Pan)
FP Red (84mm Cover)
Buschur Coated O2 recirc housing
Buschur Intake Pipe and Filter Kit
DC Sports Downpipe
Buschur Cat-Back /SD muffler
AMS Upper Pipe
SBR Lower Pipe
SBR FMIC
Crushed Stock BOV
Spoolin Up COP
Hallman MBC
Walbro 255HP
RC 1000cc Injectors

The results speak for themselves.... But the car needs cams BAD!!!!! HA!!!!

The whole process took a few days, the car had some false knock issues to deal with and I had to deal with some rain delays. But overall not bad at all.

looks good. these stock frame turbos are really great street turbos in my opinion. what boost are you running (peak). you guys with the evo 9's are pretty fortunate the stock cams really rip.

cool thanks for sharing man. just have a few more things to clean up and the car will be ready to woop some ***

-------------

dkz799 - for a long long time when the tune is detonation free. these stock engines actually have a really good seal from Mitsubishi.. head studs are not necessary really. atleast not at this time.

were on rom edit #24 - that includes everything. fuel trims, noise level adjustments, and i believe it took around 10-12 power pull edits.

3rd gear is tuned right now. still need to go through 4th gear and make sure it sweeps fine with higher load / boost and then a 1-4 to confirm drag style racing has no issues as well.

then car is completed.

pretty much once the car can rip through the gears with no knock its done. no shift knock, none of that will exist once completed.

the car is pretty strong i agree.. you figure its on stock cams if we add a good cam like kelford it will pick up another 30whp on top of it now.. you figure its around 460-470 range then on 93.. overall the car is doing what it should be doing.
