Zenmotors/Ball Engine built, JesseB power, pro tuned=777hp 577tq

Red is the baseline we started at (After "The-Tuner-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named" street tune last week)
Blue was the 33 PSI run he let off at 7k rpms because we ran out of fuel
Green is where he left me at until I figure out my fuel issues (hopefully this week)

Ran out of fuel. Been having a fuel pressure issue (can't get it past 30 on idle). Thinking a walbro might be bad. If "The-Tuner-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named" stayed in it, it might've made 800.

Once I sort my fuel issues will retune and try again......might hold off until doing the CEA wheel upgrade (making my turbo a 6266).

This was done on Mainstream Performance's dyno in Hiram, GA. They were extremely gracious hosts. Special thanks to James and Ben allowing us to borrow some tools (as you can see the front and rear had to come off.

"The-Tuner-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named" the truth. Point blank period.

What gear were the dyno pulls in? I know he tuned mine in fourth gear back a couple of years ago, but maybe he has changed some things since then.

that's definitely 4th. the reason the tq is flat like it is, is because either the timing is super conservative down there or the boost curve is odd.

---

on another note those wheels.. those are badass. i thought i liked the black volks.. but these look even better almost. that is a extremely unique color wheel and it goes perfect with your blue evo.

thats my kind of evo.. clean on the inside and clean on the outside! great work.

Congrats again, H. Clean build inside and out. Only a matter of time before it breaks into the 800's

Its just the angle its the OEM Electric Blue. I actually need a fresh paint job next year. The ride has some battle scars. Just watched it again. You're right it was 4th it seems.

ya.. you weren't kidding. those Works wheels are extremely nice. now you have to decide which ones to drive on.. you have 2 exceptionally badass wheels to use.. if youre gonna keep both then id just take turns running them both. baller style.

i know how that car feels uptop.. it pulls like a train and then some. just have lots of respect for it thats all i gotta say.. it can get you in deep **** quick

4th gear=more load so more power. Third gear woulda been less power atleast by 50whp maybe more.!! Congrats on the car H!! Don't break it so it gives me time to fix mine so we can play.

Nothing is further from the truth. The ones who tune in third gear use more ignition timing, the pull is shorter, the car and intake air temp heats up less and can make more power in the lower gear. Some tuners take advantage of the quicker lower gear pull to make more peak power as the FMIC is less prone to heat soak.

When the car goes to the dragstrip though a lot of the time it will knock and pull timing when tuned in third, slowing the car down as the car was never tested in the gears used at the strip.

Based on his other thread, this guy has ecu controlled, gear dependent boost control on MAP based speed density tuning so the boost should be the same no matter what gear and fourth gear should be the same or LOWER reading power output on a dynojet.
