Sorry to hear about your engine failure. I think running a black on a stock block was expecting a bit much to be fair.

What's the plan to fix the car? Forged engine or stock motor again?

so this wasn't a tq related failure but a fuel pump causing lean failure?

How many miles were on it? Have u torn into it yet to see the damage? Did someone say it threw a rod through the block or pan or something? Ouch

around 500 miles and yes rod in cyl 3 gave out.......

this coming out from the shop
"final diagnosis is rod in cyl 3 gave out. the piston tops on the ones still there show a great mixture, no signs of detonation or lean. same with the bottom of the head on the valves and spark plugs.

injectors are 2 weeks old.

head was still good but im getting the map valves with ferea guides/seals
