Well the little guy 8 turbo can only flow so much air mike, and i think that 450 whp os just going to be out of its range. 430 is doable for sure, but that extra 20 whp is going to be hard to come by.

No boost log but I believe it hits 29 psi then tapers to around 21

not exactly sure what leads to the failure, from what I've gathered, it can be both. Some also say the temps rise too high, but that really only happens after prolonged abuse like at a racetrack (not drag).

So idk. Im thinking mine will hold. The stories are out there though... Just be prepared to do an emergency 5speed swap in necessary

That sucks... I've been so stoked on the 4th gear lately. I usually hated 4th gear because it didn't pull very hard... but E85 has really woken the car up

Yeah I was just eyeballing the gauge... maybe next year I'll get a map sensor and a 3port and see what difference ecu boost will make

The map sensor will make things alot easier on Tom as well being when you send him your logs he can actually look and see what the car is doing rather then you guestimateing it.

Just wanted to give people an update and let them know that the car is still running perfectly! I drive the car everyday and go through the gears every time. Still haven't rev'd past 8K because there is no reason to... <3 huge power band lol

Just proof that a great tune along with maintenance will allow you to run the car hard and not worry about anything blowing up
