right now the Colombian 91 octane is the limiting factor of Daniel's setup. We're going to try some better fuel soon and see what it can do.

They have ELF brand fuel there that's supposed to be higher octane and it seems to be working. We're up from 24psi to 28psi without any knock and a rich AFR. We're still on the pump gas timing map as well. similar power but the tq shot up nicely. 391awhp 384tq

I bet It's a blast to drive! Stock motor?

I have an Evo 8 with the EXACT same mods that are being installed as we speak, only I went with the S2 cams.

I'm looking to get my car tuned once everything is installed, but unfortunatly the closest reputable tuner is 4 hours away....how does your remote tuning work?

The remote tuning was very easy. Gary is a professional, too we are connected with a Blackberry. Very soon i will put these mods: ported intake manifold, ported throttlebody, ported and coated turbo manifold.

here's the tune on the ELF race gas that was available there vs pump gas. very nice gains across the board without pushing it too hard (30psi). The tq is 400 and should be safe on the stock rods setup the way it is.
