CBRD 536whp-430wtq on 93octane

This is our client's chuck' car--

has our 2.3RB Billet Crank long block---

our LMP tubular vband manifold turbo setup, CBRD FMIC, CBRD piping, CBRD well... everything??? lol

JMF Drag Manifold, Full Blown Tbody (which I really like), CBRD 1.5" Radiator, Invidia catback, AMS fuel setup with FIC 1450cc Injectors with hobb switch...

Here is the car..

here is the chart...

this is a zero knock mild tune (1-2 degrees at peak torque and 10 up top)

Tune was originally done remotely by Razorlab (Bryan Meday) with Tephra V7.... when it was on a BBK full before it shipped to us from TN.

Bryan already had the injectors dialed in- so we went from there--- ECU boost with 3 port...

actual peak numbers we 522/411 before the smoothing is applied-

More 93 tuning will be done- possibly at slightly higher boost...

and then E85... which should make killer power..

Cheers

CB

Do you sell that radiator on your website, what is it exactly?

I feel as though i dont need to say nice job to your company anymore any car that leaves the garage is a specimen.

LOL-

thank you very much- we always appreciate the feedback-

But we like posting because we know our client's take great pride in the cars they send us- so we like for them to read the positive posts.

Yes- we do sell the radiator- we have a bunch of radiators- but this is our 1.5" with straight hose-

I actually just realized I dont have that version radiator active on the website---

Pm me if you want details- and I'll get it loaded up there with pics!

cheers

oh im not doubting that its not good or anything,it just seems like a natural progression considering the extent of the mods on this car,ill have to assume the car is a street car, that manifold looks very cool

this is a daily driven emissions setup car-- (but no cat lol)

we like the functionality the stock ecu has as far as boost control, dual maps, and cel's if there actually IS a problem--

UPDATE-

this morning- car made 535/434 at 28 psi--
zero knock

here is more info---

some more tuning this morning- near- 29psi-- the main difference from the original graph is im running slightly more boost and a bit more ignition advance-- actually very surpised how much timing this 2.3 will take- compared to many others we've done- alot to be said for efficiency I guess

532/430wtq...

this is versus our time attack car--- also a 2.3 (but not ours) with the same intake manifold--- same Garrett core- etc..

you can see the difference in spool up--- as there is a slightly different exhaust manifold setup- both have recirc'd WG's though

just more graphs

Im sure chuck will be happy- E85 here we come-

the turbo is the billet 35RB-

82mm exducer- slight extended tip- with .82 Tial vband hotside---

we were originally going to do the 84mm version- but did not-

I am MORE than pleased with the response of this turbo---

Some say...it was designed at CERN, and that when at peak boost it produces 1.21 gigawatts....all we know is that its a 35RB. lol

Well done Chad and Co. This is on the top of the list when I build the motor and move to something larger than the BB-BBK-B!

Looking forward to E85 results
