Ryu's final hta82 virtual dyno results 683whp/506wtq @ 36psi (Sponsored by MAP)

Tonight I finally got around to finishing up the methanol tune on my setup. First I would like to give a special thanks to MAPerformance for their support and aid in helping me put this setup together. On to the results.

I originally on my factory motor made 602whp@38psi virtual dynojet when I ran my 9 second pass at the end of 2010. I set a modest goal of 640whp for this setup considering I am still on a .63 hotside. I must say this setup has blown me away with its efficiency at only 36psi and eclipsing my goal for this turbo.

Modification list:
MAP Stage 2 2.0L 10:1 compression
MAP Stage 3 ported head w/stock size valves
GSC S2 cams
Judge Racing ported stock intake manifold
65mm throttlebody
ETS short route upper intercooler pipe
Nesei lower intercooler pipe
ETS 4inch intercooler
ETS Tial Vband exhaust manifold
Hta82 .63 Tial hotside
Spoolin up Coil on Plug
Walbro 255 in tank pump
FIC bluemax 1450cc injectors
Aquamist HFS1 w/ 4x .6 Jets (direct port) 100% methanol
Custom o2 housing/downpipe
Ebay test pipe/catback exhaust

Now an overlay comparison of my current results with my powerband from 2010's stock block 9 second pass.

Now I just need a set of slicks and I can head back to the track to dig deeper into the 9's.

Thanks. 93oct w/ 100% methanol injection. Speed density. I don't have any under the hood pictures at the moment. I will post one up tomorrow.

Congrats Ryu! Glad to see you're still at it. What are your goals for the Evo this year? What size wheel and tire are you running?

Thanks Will. I plan on running 17inch Kosei K1's wrapped in M/T motorcycle slicks. I do understand the possible dangers with using them, but so far I have had very good success with those tires in the past. I'd like a solid 9.7 out of this setup with around 142-143mph trap speeds. I believe with these results my goals are well within reach.

What 1/4 mile track are you planning on going to? I could probley meet you and you could use my Hoosier QTPs on my RX7 rims. 26x9-16. They are still kinda new. I only have 12 1/8 mile passes on them. Oh I do have spacers.

I plan on going to Bradenton. I may be purchasing slicks this weekend, but if for some reason my deal falls through I will definitely graciously consider your offer. Thanks.

Honestly, I'm not sure how to post the boost plot on the graph. The option is selected, but it only shows the graph.
