What were you using for the RPM pickup?
I would be willing to bet the jumps in the graph are from traction issues or the vehicle oscillating even with proper loading.

Dynojet tach pickup clamps are notorious for making a sheet jaggety. On a md using roller speed makes for a ski slope like sheet

Very nice. The 6466 seems very comparable to the 3586. I need a new turbo but so many choices. Lol

I think the hta3794 and 6466 are better matched comparisons

For the people that wants to see track time, sorry to disappoint, this is my DD.

It is way easier for someone to say 'take it to the track show me some slips...' It's not you that just spent alot of money on a full build. Let's see if you dumped over 35k for the build and take it to the track the following week. I would be impressed.

I'm not trying to prove anything or break records. I'd like to enjoy my car. I don't have any problem taking to the track once in a while to have a lil fun though, but not when
EVERYTHING still under 1k miles....

If it was going to get compared to an FP it would be a 3586. You can make 800-820whp on a 3586 with the right setup. Ask me how I know

the 6466 is a 900hp rated turbo so it should do 900-950

the 3586 could not touch that with a 10 foot pole. the 3794 could rival it though..

We'll see if the 6466 does 900 though, so far its HTA3794 or 6766 for that. Its obvious that the torque hasnt dropped off so I would presume there is still more in this 6466 for sure.

In Kevin's particular case he has a few factors against him. His boost is not been run very high as he has chosen wastegate spring combinations that fit the range of boost from 20 to 38 PSI (which is a smart thing for his wg pressure safeguards to work correctly), he's using a twin scroll configuration, and he's using 1.25 inch primaries which at this power level most people are using schedule 10 or schedule 40 1.5 inch runners so I'm pretty sure that becomes a bottleneck at his power level

I found something funny though because I did a Google search on highest PTE6466 and this thread is rated number one, ha ha. Congrats AMF! Lol

*Junkbox went 163mph last year at 770whp on a mustang dyno.
*Buscher went 159 at about 750whp on his dyno.

The car in this video would be lucky to make 750whp on Buscher's dyno. And that's a fact.

PS. if the car in that video went that fast while spraying nitrous, they ought to be ashamed of that SLUG.
