To answer your question, I don't daily this or any other vehicle I own.

Oil cooler isn't really needed unless u are just doing pull after pull or road racing it or something.

Exactly, I don't even really do street pulls anymore and I don't hot lap the car at the strip either. With 20-50 bp in it I'm not even concerned.

Sometimes exceptions are made. I've known the owner of that civic for years and we've done a LOT of pulls together through the different stages of our cars. Stand up guy and a really fast street car. When a civic makes it into the tx2k12 video doing work it really shows how fast his car for the type of racing he likes to do. On top of that, it trapped 146 its first time ever at the track. I'm sure with fine tuning and practice driving it would trap higher than my car.

Thanks, its nice when things work well together and to have other people appreciate the hard work.

do you have an oil temp gauge on the car?

if so what temps are you seeing with no cooler?

i was thinking about not using a cooler as well, but i will be driving it to the track for drag racing and lots of street pulls.

If I did a lot of street pulls I'd have an oil temp gauge and a cooler. For how I use my car and the fact I change oil more often then most would even consider I didn't feel it was needed on my setup.

only reason i would regret is if it didn't spool as quick.i mean i expect it too be a little behind, but i am hoping it is within 200rpm or so.if it turns out to be 4-500rpm later, then i may wish i went with 6266.

i was hoping for 20psi by 4500rpm on the 6466 and i see this car has 20psi at 4350rpm.hopefully the spool will be similar is all i was saying.
