Evo 8 Built 2.0L 6262 E85 40psi - 747whp

Just got done working on this customers car. Running out of fuel uptop though, so we had to stop. I think its capable of 800 in 3rd with more boost based on what im seeing here. This setup is very nice minus the fuel problem we have to resolve before we can safely turn the boost up higher.

Timing is conservative, and boost is set a solid 39-40psi across with a 3 port. Car is using the stock ecu with speed density via GM IAT.

Mod list is:

Built 2.0L
Ported head by headgames
Kelford 272
Shearer fab exhaust mani with smaller runners for better spool
Shearer downpipe
Shearer o2 housing
Precision T3 6262 with .82 exhaust housing
Precision 46mm wastegate with 25.5 spring pressure
MAC valve boost control
FIC bluemax 2150cc
Fullblown anodized dual pump hanger wired for constant power to both pumps
FIC fuel rail
Aeromotive FPR
-6 feed and return
Buschur fab intake manifold
Buschur 65mm throttle body
Victory performance 3.5” fmic
Tial Q BOV
Stock with PTT twin disc
Spoolin up C.O.P.
Omnipower 4 bar map sensor

Graph:

He took his mom for a ride in this graph, so weight is adjusted accordingly.. she could barely walk straight afterwords to say the least from shaking so hard.

Jesus that's an unassuming evo. I'm sure there are plenty of people and exotics in for a big surprise.

What exactly were the fuel issues you were running into?

I love when Shearer and Fathose utilize these small runner manifolds, as they aid quite a bit in spool but don't lose much up top under ~700whp.

Tom, seems like it's spooling a bit slow for the combination with a DBB 6262 and said manifold/cams in question, no?

Or, that Headgames head is just doin' work!

I dont think it can spool any faster. but if you want i can overlay a 2.4 with a 6262 with a shearer kit as well.
