stock block/fp black/e85/ecmlink 600+whp

I've been working on this car for 2 years and have been constantly upgrading parts. Two years ago I made 506whp on the stock block with an hta green. Since, I've always wanted a 10 sec time slip so utthought I'd upgrade the turbo and go bigger.

Earlier this year:

Only thing changed was ecuboost/more preload vs a hallman:

Crappy 60'/ 10mph headwind, and right after this run I got the boot for no cage. I was shooting for mid 10's full weight and stock block so we will see what happens in two weeks when I go to another track.

Mods:
04 EVO 8 ssl full interior
Fp black jb w/25psi actuator preloaded pretty well
SPEC mani
Jmf dump

Ecmlink always tuned by me
Small battery kit

DW301 double pumper setup built by me
Fuelab afpr @55psi base
Kiggly hla
Comp 280
Hoosier/fd rd7 wheels
Neisi 3.5" core
Jmf uicp
Hks ssqv
Jacks trans rebuilt xfer case with rs lsd

That's great man! Mid 10's soon!

The torque scares me, but if you've been running it like this for awhile then go for it. I see you're at high altitiude, so it should be ok then.

Thanks man.

Yeah this last tune feels slower vs the first tune I had on the car with the hallman spiking to 36 and ending up at 31-32psi. That felt crazy having 490tq by about 5700ish rpm lol. This is the lowest I could get the torque while still making some good power up top.

Wow that's a lot of torque. Do you plan to build the motor?

He's ok with the torque because he's using a high altitude correction factor. At sea level he'll have too much torque. I'm guessing he's below the "safe" 450 TQ at altitude.

Exactly. I use the correct cf for my altitude and barometer. If I were to drop it down to sea level it would be pretty different.

Is this what people usually do when they post up vd graphs?

I do for my customers, but just make a notation on the forum. It's important due to the fact that if and when you go down to sea level you know what you're playing with. You could always turn down the boost when going to lower altitude.

Thanks again for the info and pics! I cut some threads off my actuator in order to make it hold how I wanted it to, and I'm def. working my ebc a bunch

Thanks guys. Yeah I'm hoping to hit mid 10's. Before I upgrade to a 37r/6466. Kinda seems like a waste to do that now if this is working as well as it is.

I tried to keep torque down as much as possible by richening spoolup, 0* timing at peak load, and using the wgs tomy benefit, iI think that alone helped a ton putting that ebc on.
