2.0L 6262 Boostin tuned 612/472

Gonna keep this short and sweet. With the list of mods and dyno sheet. Tuning was done by Devin at Boostin Performance.

Tuned on E85
39 psi
Speed density tuned w/o IAT

Mods

PTE 6262
Full Race Manifold
Custom downpipe
JIC titanium catback
Custom O2 dump
Custom Intercooler Piping
Custom 4 inch SD intake

Spoolin up non CDI coil on plug
BPR9ES plugs

Evodan twin 255 double pumper setup w/ 5psi switch
Fuel Lab fuel pressure regulator
Injector Dynamics 2000cc (x4)

GrimmSpeed 3 port electronic boost controller
Omni 4 bar MAP sensor
NO IAT sensor

New stock crankshaft
Weisco 1400 Pistons 9.0:1
HKS 280 Cams
Topline Lifters
ETS 3 inch Intercooler
Hypertune Intake
Hypertune Throttle body
Hypertune Fuel rail
Tial BOV
Tial WG
ARP head studs
ARP main studs
ARP exhaust manifold studs
Clevite 77 Main and Rod bearings
Crower H beam rods
Gates kevlar timing belt
Gates kevlar balance shaft belt

Shep built transmission
Shep built transfer case
ACT 6 puck clutch (mb7-hdg6)

612/472 on their mustang dyno. I was very pleased with the results.

I am toying with the idea of swapping out the 6262 for a gen. 2 6266, CDI ignition system, larger fed and return fuel lines and making more power.

We had a blast tuning your car and we're glad you're happy with the end results. Also just a heads up we happen to have a 6266 on hand!

I don't think so. Boostin would have to answer that one though. Im just thinking in the matter of making more power. Devin suggested a CDI ignition system like the sparktech and for the fuel I am one for overkill. I hate to finish a car just to get it on a dyno and it not meet my expectation for something small like fuel lines.

The 6262 is 400 to upgrade to a 6266 through pte.... fyi. That's including your choice of hot side.

With ID 2000's fueling was not even close to maxed out. We have made 800 WHP on a non CDI sparktech ignition, but we would recommend upgrading to a CDI ignition around 600 WHP

We stopped at 40 psi due to the fact the car has a Omni 4 Bar sensor and cant read boost much above that.

We agree, this car should go bottom 10's all day. With some slicks and some weight out, it might even see a high 9 second pass.
