Yea I have noticed the same thing, everyone has different results so I am purely just going by personal results on a few evos i have tuned. setup was dual 450's but both pumps on.. the base pressure was 80psi, so i pulled a fuse from one of the pumps so we only ran a single 450 and was hoping it was enough for 700s, base pressure came down to 40-50psi and with -8an feed line and ID2000 car made it to 830whp but it was close to 13.0 AFR by redline. 800 was about 12.5AFR. this was done on a AWD Dynojet.
2.0Liter 6766 and believe it was 43-45psi, pump E85. tried VPC85 and got a max of 730ish because of the injectors swelling from the MBTE additive.

fic1450's and dual walbro 255s on pump E85 were good to about 750ish and ran out of injector.

I'll have to take a look at my fuel lines then.

On stock wiring 600whp is feasible. With a rewire and an AFPR it could do 800 possibly.

sounds about right, had a honda making about 600 on a 450, did the rewire and got 10s AFRs across.. def a believer in some 12gauge to feed that pump!!

Yeah it is a power hungry pump. But it is a boss when fed enough juice.

So a 12gauge rewire of my fuel pump and upgrade the fuel lines and I should be good to make 700+ on just the single 450?

It is very possible. You will probably need an AFPR and to drill out the siphon tube because the 450 with full voltage at idle will be flowing a lot of fuel. Too much for the stock for fpr and siphon.

Just some reflections of the car so far since I've had it back. Car is still a bit of a pain to drive at low speeds in low gears, such as through a parking lot, and will buck a little. It was like this since before I took it in for all the work so not sure if it's the TC or clutch. Feedback welcome.

I must say, this turbo on the 2.4 spools very fast, IMO, whether at partial throttle or WOT, I find it to be very responsive. My right arm and left foot are definitely still getting used to shifting a little faster. This car doesn't want to be driven tame, in fact it's very hard to go slow in this car both within my right foot and just with how the car behaves. It doesn't like part throttle and surges a little if in too high of gear and too low of throttle. I'm still getting used to it and the ****ty weather lately hasn't helped so I'm only getting like 1-3 days at most each week of drivable weather but enjoyed it for a good 4 straight days over Thanksgiving break. I'm looking forward to my holiday vacation and getting a good 2 weeks to really drive it more and work through some nuances but overall I'm very pleased.

2000cc injectors + (1) Walbro 450 + -8AN Feed + FPR + Rewire = 750hp on E85

although on stock ecu, its too much injector and too much fuel for it to control properly at light throttle and under 3k rpms and thats where you spend most of the time driving.. so yeah.. cant baby it lol

No rewire on mine which is why it was limited to the 613hp.

You nailed it. Since the pump was close to maxed out it's putting more work on the injectors. I wasn't aware that under 3k it makes it hard for it to regulate the fuel under light throttle, so that makes absolute sense now why it loves a lot of throttle lol.

You can get your car to drive better, you have 272 cams they arent even thaat aggressive, also the ID2000's are great injectors.

Are you on Speed Density? Trust me, you can get your car to drive smooth as stock sans the clutch.
