Wow nice power, I want a set of FD wheels with QTP,s for my car. How are the BW turbo categorized the 3 stand for the turbine side (T3, T4 etc) and the 66 the compressor wheel size (66mm) ? Or did I just make all that up haha?

Yea let me upload some real quick. The compressor housing is millimeters away from the radiator fan shroud and makes it a bit difficult to run an intake. On the block side it seems to fit rather nicely. I even had enough room to run the balance shaft breather fitting without having to MacGyver it. Spool is a little on the laggy side considering it's journal bearing but the car spends majority of it's life above 6k so I don't worry with it.

I was once told that the t3 .70 flows more like a .86 and I believe it. While most guys are running 1.00 housings you'll see BW guys using .91 housings for similar results. Obviously spool characteristics are different but that's to be expected.

Here's the measurements of mine in comparison to a standard 6766.
BW S366
66mm/94.1mm CW
80mm TW
82lb.min flow

PTE 6766
67mm/87mm CW
74mm/66mm TW
93lb.min flow

I love it. Lots of power on a mustang dyno!!!

I fab'd up a top/sideways s366 .91 a/r setup on my duramax.... absolutely loved that turbo.

In the process of building a 2.1 right now, seriously considering putting an s300/s362/s366 on the car.

PM me some pics of that setup I'd really like to see what it looked like! I think I will eventually go a little bigger and do a s4 TS/T4 setup next but I know she will spool hella late. What rods are you going with?

On the graph you can see it starts to choke out around 7200 and I blame that on stock head/IM/TB. At the track she will have to wrap out 9k in 4th since I'm still on the stock 4.52 final drive. Going into 5th is not an option so for now that's all I can do.

Good numbers.

Would probably spool faster, and def make a lot more power with head work, manifold, and TB.

pm'd you-

Thinking of going with an eagle crank, manley turbo tuff i beams, and hd wisecos... (I need a crank).

My goals are like 600+ dyno jet whp at 6700ft elevation. Made 575 with an ef4 (with the older crappier flowing 11 blade turbine wheel) on a pos 2.4 so 600 with any 300 series borg on a better revving 2.1 should be pretty easy. Like to make good power and keep the boost reasonable, don't care that much about lag personally.

I'm leaning towards going with the single entry .88 t4 though to keep the manifold I build simple. I know I'll give up considerable spool though so we'll see. And after seeing the insane amount of power yours has made, I really don't think I need the 366. The 300 (60mm) would probably do it!

I was just over 500 on wastegate pressure (26 psi) on pump gas I think that would be perfect if you still went with a 66. That way you have plenty of room in case you want to move up later

the graph layout makes this turbo seem like it has more lag than it really does.

do you have logs of when the car makes 30psi ?

I remember tscomp overlaying this with a 6466 and they mimicked each others power curve.
