Did you notice a difference with the brake resevoir brace?

How much lighter is the Ti strut brace than the stock piece?

Without the brake reservoir brace, you can see what looks like 1/8-1/4" of flex in the firewall when bleeding the brakes. With stainless lines and new Carbotech pads, my full brake pedal travel is now only 1-1.5" total, so I would say the brace is a good thing to have, particularly for road racing.

This Cusco Ti strut brace is about 6 lbs lighter than the stock Evo brace. It weighs about 1.5 lbs, off the top of my head.

Thanks for the info, I'll be ordereding the AMS brace as right now I'm not happy with the brake pedal travel.

Seems the like the Ti strut brake a is better way to spend money than a new hood. Almost $500 but easy to install, no fitment issues, and less bling factor.

^ The Kansai CF hood is about 10-11lbs less than stock. All CF hoods are not heavier than stock.

find a HVAC place and have them cut out some square aluminium stock - lighter the better, of course, think mine was .45 or something. Then trim it to fit as liked using a saw tool. Use double-sided tape from 3M to seal. Drill holes and use a nut and bolt (stainless) to hold in place. I have 20 or so..

My car is rivet/allen central...lol I have allen stuffz on diffuser, canards, wing, splitter, cf ducts etc, so thats the general look and I went with the allens and a bolt...

I did get mine sprayed when I did the chargespeed 20mm widebody fenders up front to have it not stand out as much!

yes sir, autopower brace with beatrush floor brace. Have a gt-spec trunk cage as well. As much chassis stiffening as I can get.
