Compustar VS. DEI

Hello everyone,

I'm planning on installing a top end alarm system on my IX MR very very soon. I have only heard about DEI products before visiting my local alarm shop. What I am looking for is:

Remote Start, 2 way pager, turbo timer, Rolling Down windows, Tilt sensor, shock sensor, valet mode, truck release, and etc.

What I would like to know is which brand is better, Compustar Vs. DEI (Viper, Clifford)? I got a quote from my local shop and they said they'll get everything done for $900 bucks for the Compustar system. Is that a fair price? Hope to hear from yall soon. Thanks.

Get the compustar. I have owned the viper 2 way pager and hated it. The compustar has a lot more features. Buy is off ebay. I paid like $205 shipped for my compustar and $100 INSTALLED
