Pioneer AVIC-D1
Any one have the Pioneer AVIC-D1 or Z-1 head unit? Just wondering if the newer navagation disk for the Z-1 would work in the D-1? Thanks!!!

Not sure.. Know for a fact that the N2 and N3 nav discs will work for the D1 and D2. Check Avic411.com for yor answers about all Avic concerns.

What newer navigation disk? There are no nav disks available for the avic-z1 yet.

considering the z1 uses the hd as map storage, the only way to update maps on the z1 is to run an update, and pioneer has not released the update yet

no it wont! i have the same navi and i wanted to do the exact same thing but i could not do it!! sorry man, atleast we think a like!!!
