Latest Turbo Timer?

Hello all,

May I know any latest products for turbo timer?

I am thinking to buy the ApexI one, but it's an old model.

Thanks for the help.

you really can't go wrong with a turbo timer.... IIRC apexi also has a "special edition" one that has a bunch of functions in addition to just a turbo timer.

a turbo timer is not necessary at all, you can just not boost for the last minutes of driving and that will more than sufficient cool down for your turbo

they just offer gimmicky functions that you probably wont use much like a shift light

how the hell do u resist the urge of boost when coming to a stop? LOL i like mine just for the ease of not having to drive like a normal human before i end my trip and then waiting for it to cool down.

i do agree though that money can be better spent else where

I saw another EVO owner with the Blitz Dual Turbo Timer and that looked pretty nice, it can be used as a boost gauge with peak/warning functions as well...

+1
You shouldn't be on boost in your neighborhood anyway. It's bad for public relations.

I loved my Blitz FATT so much. My Evo came with an HKS, don't like it as much because it's a big clunky box with less timing options, but I'm not going to change it. That slim Apexi is nice too. Small=good. Able to dial in exact times=good cause in the winter you can let your vehicle warm up enough so it blows hot heat by the time you get in. the 3mins. that my HKS does ain't quite enough for that, but oh well. Letting your engine idle for long periods isn't good either so whatever.

they all serve the same primary purpose, but no they are not all the same. I've owned three and they were all pretty different aside from being turbo timers.
