My last car I put in the Viper 2 way alarm/remote start. There are lots of options and programming capabilities...not sure how it works with the manual tranny though...I've been told you can bypass it with a fancy magnet setup. That's what I am looking into for mine.

I'm looking into an alarm system right now also but damn that sht is expensive. i've been considering the top two compustars, Pro 2WSSR, as it has the best range. or the Pro 2W9000FMR is a nice one as well. But I've also been considering the top of the line Phython 1090. which also has a auto starter available. Remote start on a manual transmission is fairly new to DEI from what I hear. But it requires that you have a key hidden near the ignition key hole because of the chip in our keys. so i'm thinkin any alarm with remote start for manual + getting another key programmed will be like $700 to $800. Let us know if anyone has any other experience with pricing install and stuff. thanks.
