Unfortunately, even though this is common sense, most people choose to ignore it.

i had my truck broken into a long time ago...they stole my radio and some speakers behind the seat and they took my ashtray with some change in it....stupid theives didn't even take my wallet in the glovebox with $200 in it...lmao....from then on i kept my wallet with me at all times....oh and this happened about 25 feet from the front door of a mall...in the parking lot with security all around while i was at work inside....anyways the cops eventually caught them but it's just stupid...why steal stuff like that?....just go buy it...anyone can come up with a few hundred dollars....ask for a radio for your birthday or something....geez....lol...i dunno i just don't get it....and steal a nav system?...wtf....people are so desperate...just go get a part time job at mcdonalds....i know a guy that leaves his car unlocked on purpose...so if anything does get stolen at least he doesn't have to pay for a new window....lol

I bet they would... Unfortunately, people do learn from their mistakes, and a lot of them have stopped (thankfully). However, some of them just need to be whacked with a bat... I give you permission haha

Ravelco is probably the best option to not have your car stolen. Its impossible to start the car and the only way to steal it would be, as mentioned above, to tow it.

Having a suction-cup mark still tells everyone you had a Nav system in the vehicle and wiping it down every time you get out would be a pain in the ***. I'd say just use your Nav when you actually NEED it rather than leaving the holder attached to the window.....

It's a good idea to get a cheap security camera and have it inside a window in your house pointed at your car. I've got motion sensors on the exterior floodlights pointed at our cars... and alarms on all three cars.

Python

How do Python or Viper security systems equate in this equation. I currently have a Python I was wondering what you guy's thought about these systems. I like it because it will notify me inside the house on the key FOB. It's loud enough to wake me up to go outside with My AR-15 and take a look. It's kinda intimidating when it's just some old lady next door closing her car doors next to my car. LOL I also like the ability for it to kill the ignition. I just love my car and have worked so hard for it, I hate theiving bastards. I'm a firm beleiver that if you want something work for it! Well let me know what you think.
