Well, then be prepared to spend a LOT of money and time...you need the unit itself (the one in the dash) then you need the whole blower assembly (because it is power driven, not by cable) then you need a complete dash harness from a jdm hvac fitted car, along with the solar sensor (goes on top of the dash, by the windshield) and the sensor by the key switch (cabin temperature, I believe) after you get all those parts (and more, possibly) you have to tear appart your entire dash to fit all that in. Maybe you already know this, but you can't just buy the HVAC unit from a JDM car and plug it in yours. Check lancerregister.com or ebay UK and see if you can find the unit somewhere over there. Good luck.

has anyone tried the galant/montero hvac yet? idk if that will work guys, does anyone have a good pic of the rear of this thing? i would buy one and try it but im moving in a week and i dont have anywhere to ship it to right now.
also, i have had no trouble disconnecting the round metal piece on the cable that connects to the HVAC but i cant get the d@mn cables off of the HVAC, there is some kind of black clip holding the cable to the back of the controls.
