you can lay a bit of fiber glass and then re drill the holes or if your not well with glass then a few layers of Duct tape and then put the whole in it will fix it temp till you get a new one., if the tab is broken then the fiberglass way is almost a fix. id aim for that.

I had this issue with my past turbo civic. what I did was it broke off so bad that i just bondo'd the corner of the bumper so that I was able to create a new drill hole. Once it dried, i made a new hole, screwed it in, and it was good as new. That is one route you could take. Its an easy job and will take less then an hour to do. Let it dry for more then an hour if you do it though. good luck
