Thumbs up How Do Stock Evo Radiator Fan Work?

Hi, I'm from Malaysia and own a JDM 2003 Mitsubishi Airtrek Turbo.

The Airtrek has a de-tuned 4G63 (different cams, TD04 turbine, top-mount IC) good for 240ps.

I bought it used and I'm the 3rd owner so I unfortunately know little about the modification history of the car. The car currently have the following modifications done:

1. TD05 turbine;
2. Front mount ARC IC;
3. Radiator fan moved from inside (facing radiator) to outside (facing aircond condenser).

Mitsubishi Airtrek Turbo fan location (stock):
Fan #1: located in front of exhaust manifold, facing radiator
Fan #2: located in front of air filter box
Fan movement: Unknown

Mitsubishi Airtrek Turbo fan location (modified - my car):
Fan #1:
- changed to a unit taken from a different car (not sure what model);
- located in front of bumper;
- facing aircond condenser;
- wired to aircond compressor
Fan #2: located in front of air filter box
Fan movement:
>=85 Celsius, aircond off - fan #2 spins
>=85 Celsius, aircond on - fan #1 & #2 spin
<85 Celsius, aircond off - no fan spin
<85 Celsius, aircond on - fan #1 spins

I plan to modify the fan location and movement of my car to follow Evo 6-9's, so need help to confirm the following:

1. Mitsubishi Evo 6-9 fan location (stock):
Fan #1: located in front of bumper, facing aircond condenser?
Fan #2: located in front of air filter box
Fan movement:
>=xx Celsius, aircond off - ?
>=xx Celsius, aircond on - ?
<xx Celsius, aircond off - ?
<xx Celsius, aircond on - ?

I also have the following problem:
2. Voltage dip when fan starts spinning - can dip as low as 11.9 V (ICV, alternator, battery already replaced)

Big thanks in advance to all.
