I am curious of anyone who has done this and what ones fit. I have done it in my evo with a Dual unit, I had to modify the mounting bracket to bring the unit forward a little bit. I am looking to change my unit to get GPS and bluetooth with it. I like the kenwood KVT-696.

Anybody have this done as well? Any pics? What units fit? Thanks, I tried searching and didn't come up with anything.

 

Update: I bought it and installed it and if fits perfectly and easily clears the guages in the stock position no modification to the mounting brackets needed.

 

Did you uae a kit? I want to do the same after I buy a grouppe s gauge bezel but I dont know if it will work with my pioneer flip out.

 

I already had my radio in the lower din using the relocation kit for the stock guages that came with the car.
