Want a Double Din Setup -- Which Head Unit?
Hello,
I am trying to find a headunit and double din setup for my Evo 8. If you can recommend a headunit let me know. Id like a headunit that can display my iphone (google maps) on it. I like this but can't find good videos of it working with the iphone. Any help is much appreciated.

ive got a kenwood dnx5140 that i picked up off a buddy a few months back. not sure how old it is, but its probably the best head unit ive ever owned. full touch (minus 3 shortcut buttons and volume knob), nav (needs adaptor), satellite radio ready (needs adaptor), iPod/iPhone capable (including iPhone5) (needs cable), usb ready, bluetooth ready (needs adaptor), several other options. might seem a little discouraging but i personally got all those adaptors with mine and i only used the ipod able which i bought myself, and the nav. the real reason why this thing is the **** is because it actually allows you to tune your system really well. it gives you full capability to control the lows and highs per individual speaker, making it really convenient if you'd be running a subwoofer system. pm me if you want more info theres alot more to it as well
