Turn signal light has it's own circuit from the other lights in the headlights and brakelights assembly.
The relays are located in your interior the etacs ecu is C-224 where the relays are located, not sure if you can access the relays or if they are inside the etacs ecu unit. You must investigate.
Also it could be the fuse, did you check your interior fuse box as well? It's on the left side under the steering wheel. On the diagram its labeled fuse 8 didn't check where it's located but it might be interior fuses.

Looks like you'll have to replace the whole unit, doesn't look easily serviceable, you would need to probably do some mickey mouse soldering and breaking that thing open to fix it yourself.

Good to hear, now I know what to check if this happens to my car, which eventually it probably will, but I own an evo 8 kind of surprised the etacs already burnt on your evo 9.

Bringing this one back. My turn signals/hazards stopped working today, a very weak buzzing noise comes from the Etacs Ecu, in the same pattern as a turn signal just no actual lights/lights on dash, and my brake lights also stopped working. Prior to this my wipers started working only on Low speed setting and my fog/high beams don't work.
I have checked ALL fuses, none are blown. I have checked electrical connections at the kick panel on the drivers side and none seem to be comprised. I literally cannot figure this out, if I replace the Etacs Ecu will my brake lights and fog/high beams come back too?

it could be different for you guys but in australia we have had a recall of some evos because of a crack in the circuit board causing the turn signals and lights not to work. https://www.recalls.gov.au/content/i...itemId/1062121
contact mitsubishi and see what they say about it
