Speedometer, Tach and Odo Not working

I know there are many Threads about this i have read many of them, however i am out of ideas and options. My Evo IV Speedometer Tachometer and Odo stop working on really hot days, or after a bit of a drive. If the car sits in the sun its doesnt work, if it is working for a drive but I stop and start the car right back up it doesnt work. I checked the VSS, it seems fine, I reseated my Cluster panel many times looking for issues with it I can't see any. So if anyone has some ideas that would be awesome..

Cheers.
