Hey guys I was wondering if anyone did a double projector headlight mod? Have some extra projectors and just wanted to know if it's possible!

 

Did you ever find any pics of anyone doing this? Seems popular for the X but this is on my list of mods and I haven't seen anyone else tackle it. Quad projectors = win.

I have a friend that's been modding frs and brz and other cars lights forever and he's tackling this with my Evo 8 headlights. A projector for high beam, and the fog lights. He's leaving the stock low beam projector alone aside from adding halos and demon eyes. I'll post pics when he finishes. If you guys like his work then I can put in contact with him. He's ase certified for automotive electronics, refrigeration, suspension and engine/drivetrain maintenance. He's not just some kid with no experience. He's been doing this stuff for close to 16 years.

 

Frs/brz forever huh?? Lol. Also halos on Evo 8/9 headlights look chunti!!

 

Yes since the brz and frs came out. I meant he has been doing work on cars for forever. Some people like halos and some don't. Plus some colors schemes of cars just don't look good with halos but with my white Evo and whited out headlights and taillights it looks good to me. It keeps with the white paint scheme. But thats my preference.

I looked at my headlight housing a few years back when I though about adding another projector. It seems there is not enough space to do it "safely". There is too much heat concentrated in that small area if there were to have 2 HID going at the same time.

 

No good updates as of yet guys. Sorry. Due to the thanksgiving holidays the shipping got backed up for my projectors and halos along with other parts my friend ordered for his other customers car lights. He's expecting everything to be in this Friday or next Monday. The downside about this now is that next week I'll be busy in training and won't be able to give any updates until close to Christmas.
