Just bought an 03 evo viii and while trying to figure why the intercooler sprayer wasn't spraying, I got pretty confused by the internal fuse panel.

The map on the side of the coin holder looks like this (borrowed from other thread, so yes I searched)

So it appears as if the sprayer should be in spot 23 to the right of the two 30 amp fuses. My evo is not equipped with sunroof or heated seats.. My fuse panel just ends to the right of the 2 30 amp. But on the far left there is a 20 and a 10 amp fuse not on the map- have no idea what those are.

Also, fuse spot 18- which is supposedly the dome light is missing. But the dome light is most certainly on. (also the previous owner has the light for the boost gauge clearly not wired right, but I can fix that)

I assume the 10A is the is the IC sprayer? both checked out, and it sounds like the relay is clicking when I hit the switch. I am going to try to get to the plug on the pump next and check if I am getting voltage there.

Any idea why i wouldn't have that bottom right fuse (18-dome light)? My dome light works and i cant even get a fuse to go in there.
