add a circuit fuse tap

hi i am tapping into the evo 9 interior driver side fuse box. I am planning to use the Add a Circuit fuse tap. the question is i am gonna use the ignition coil #1 fuse (10 amp), how will i use it with the add a circuit? will the 10amp original fuse be on the bottom and another 10amp fuse on the top (to use for my aem wideband)?
so total of 10amp top and 10amp bottom? wont that be too much and start a fire?

The fuse tap is just the fuse you tap in. If you have the 10 amp fuse, the fuse tap goes into its place and you put the fuse in the tap. You'll have fuse box, tap, fuse then wire that comes out to your new circuit. Don't change the value of the fuse because you want it protected at the same amps that the line was rated for.
