Curious if the inbay and under dash fuseboxes are identical?

Could an EVO 8 engine fusebox be swapped into an EVO 9 without issue?

 

I have a EVO 9 GSR. I bought JDM headlights and wanted to do a clean install without hacking up the harness so I purchased an EVO 8 headlight harness which included the fuse box and it works perfectly fine in my car. I don't know about the under dash stuff but inside the engine bay, yes it does work.
