br440 w/ball bearing upgrade?

Do they offer this? Any dyno charts? I stuck between AMS and Buschur kits right now. I want to see some pump gas dynos before i make up my mind. 2871,3071,br440bb

To my knowledge Buschur doesn't offer a BB center section for the 440, be sure to do a good search because several of these have very detailed tests posted already so maybe you can find out sooner than later.

Hrm, I don't know why you don't call Jarrod up and ask, they can build the turbo's just about anyway you want. They're very busy at the shop and don't have much time to check the forums so call them up. 440-839-1900

They will build any of the EVO turbo's with a ball bearing water cooled center section.

when I talked to David he said they do not offer the BR 440 with the BB section. Maybe he will see this and set the racord straight for us all.

They do not offer a BB BR440. Check the BR forums on their site. I am doing there GT35R BB turbo with Stage 3 head and AEM EMS in the next week.

Correct, we do not offer the BR440 in a ballbearing turbo. Cannot be built that way. To be honest the the BR440 is a kick *** turbo, the spool up is VERY close to stock.

I would say that the guys that have bought our EVO turbo kits are most happy with this upgrade compared to the others we offer. The power is great, spool up is near stock like. Highly recommend this.

All these compares are on the same dyno, different days, different cars, all on 91 octane with cat's in place. Hope this helps out a bit. It shows buschur 440 vs. atp 3071 vs stock.

WOT, thanks for the charts. I hate to bother you much on this but what were the extent of the mods on the other 3 cars and from where? I can't make out the color on the charts well as the blue and black look the same. Is the highest overall HP ours?

Thanks,

David Buschur

The Evo with the ATP kit is Az3ar's car with minimal mods and the turbo kit. The other 2 seem to be vishnu stage +1 cars.

I wonder what the MR's turbo, with IC pipe and exhaust, will put out in relation to those other kits.

Isn't it supposed to spool sooner than the 03-04 turbo?

Yes, the highest hp & quicker spooling of the 2 aftermarket turbos was your product.

The "stage" is per vishnu = stg 1+ =hks cams, cam gears & some typw of 3"tb, stg1 = above minus hks cams.

the atp compare was running basically all stock, including the stock cat @ the time from what I was told / gathered. Only the turbo upgrade with a catback!!
PRETTY DAMN IMPRESSIVE for minimal mods.

You know all about the stage 4 product

All 4 compares have either the xede or xflash, so similar tuner, I believe all were tuned by vishnu, ~98% certain.
