Weird shifting

I have noticed recently that when shifting kind of quick from 2nd to 3rd or from 3rd to 4th , it takes the actual motor a few seconds to drop the RPM's back down when i shift, and this causes my diffs to jerk, seems to be only doing it recently from like 3rd to 4th, or either 2nd to 3rd. Just kind of odd, its like the clutch isnt releasing right away when i take my foot back off the clutch after shifting in those gears, just takes it a second for the RPM to drop down to where its supposed to be, kind of weird, I am still on stock clutch. Any thoughts??

I notice the same thing with the stock clutch when shifting fast at high rpm. Looks like the rpm does not drop and the time you go from 2nd to 3rd is very short.
