go to their vendor forum on this website in the vendor section. go to the main forum page (not the home page) scroll down to the section where the vendors and tuners are and you will find it.

I have a friend with the Works P2 and similar bolt ons to me. he put down 264 on the same day, same dyno as me. Only difference was a cat delete and a downpipe on my car. he loves his Works though!! They are also a great company with a lot of thought into their products.

Of course I am biased as Al does our flashes for us at Dynoflash. I have seen him personally tune a quite a few cars and not one of the guys that owned them were unhappy.

For example, customer who became a friend of mine, Joe, had all his work done here. We installed and tuned an AFC. The car ran 12.9's a couple of times. Al came down, went out for 30 minutes and did a flash for him. Joe left and went directly to the track. The car picked up 3-4 mph, depending on the pass and dropped down to 3 back-to-back 12.6's.

I am going to go out on a limb and say there is NO WAY in hell that Al did a flash that made only 255 hp and then went up to 308 whp with someone else's flash. This isn't going to happen from a difference in tuning between the two places. Now if you had some completely **** fuel when you dyno'd 255 and didn't know it and the knock was killing the timing it could be possible. Other than that I just don't see it. Not calling you a liar either, just putting the facts out that something else was wrong or done.

Not only the dynos provide proof but also the fact that my friend who dynoed 264 AWHP (Works P2 and otehr bolt ons) continuously pulled me on fifth gear highway runs (no shifting - just HP) and we both fill up at the same place. After my new flash, before we went to dyno my car again, I started pulling him VERY hard on the highway (just as some non-dyno one time only type proof). It was the tune. If you have any other possibilities please let me know. This is not only surprising to me but it was also surprising to the guy with the exact same bolt ons as me with a Dynoflash that dynoed 276 on the same day I dynoed 308. I know there is some car to car variance but that is a lot. His username is Monkey. There were about 25 witnesses. Let me know if there could be other reasons negating all this "proof." I am just as interested as the next guy. I am only posting what I have seen. Thanks.

PM him because Al and other tuners are not allowed to post in threads that might cause them to fight.

ASTROEVO
Novtec1
Karash
zilla killa
Woosh

and that is just off the top of my head. Monkey is the one with the DF right now. PM him for his opinion.

I did call him as illustrated in a previous post. All he did was tell me my Hallman boost controller was not the right kind of boost controller. I am still using the same boost controller. Al did not try at all to help me. Basically, I was happy with my flash and thought that I was making the power I was supposed to be. I even recommended Dynoflash to people and argued about it to against people who didn't like Dynoflash.

Common sense began to set in that this guy with no downpipe, less boost than me, no cat delete (HUGE) was pulling me on the highway and was making more power than me. Something could NOT have been right. My suspicions were correct as evidenced by the results of my re-flash from TT.

Look, I really don't want to keep getting into this deeper in this thread. PM the people I have lined out, especially Monkey. He is a current Dynoflash owner with the same mods as me. I don't want to create a war. Thanks!

Alright then, I guess I don't know what to say. I guess I hate seeing Al continue to get bashed on here when there are so many variables. I hate seeing it because the guy is passionate about his work and I have seen TONS of great tunes come from him.

Oh well. Maybe someday if you get bored he can give your car another shot and try to make even more power than you are with what you have now.

Hell man, all I want is an apology or at least some attempt at empathy regarding my experience with the Dynoflash from him. I don't have anything personal against Al himself.
