Well 1st of all, you're never going to hit 11s and not have the risk of breaking somthing. Get exhaust, MBC, Intake, CAMS, FMIC w/ pipes, Standalone, Fuel pump, Cam gears. That should get you somewhere.

I'd think the mods I listed would def get you up there, I'm not sure about 11s tho. You might need a clutch, upgraded turbo or somthing more...

If your on 93oct it should be no problem with AEM EMS and some minor bolts on and of course a good tune.

1.AEM EMS
2.T-Back
3.Intake(hks)
4.MBC
5.Fuel Pump
6.Injectors
7.Cams
8.new clutch(ACT should be able to handle this)
9.FMIC(plus all the piping)
10.Tuning...

that should get you to high 11s or better if ure a good driver...

For the VI TME to get into the 11s I would say

1. 20G
2. 720cc injectors
3. 25psi
4. clutch
5. 3" turbo back
6. Intake
7. pray the AYC rear diff holds together on launch

I am running a 20G on my VI now and the top end is insane. Should have much better spool-up after tuning though.
