Search buttons are awesome. I dont know about the turbo kit, although if i remember right the more torque you have the quicker your turbo spools, no matter what it is. I just get sick of people giving you **** and saying you dont have a car.

can you explain me about spool up? as i understand with gt42 till 5000rpm i will have usual 2.3 engine which can race with lancers and only afer 5000 i`ll fill boost.
Right?
Right now i have ATP 3071r kit, i don`t know how it spools because my engine is not finished but i want tosell it and buy AMS or RNR GT35 or GT42

On 2.0 motors

GT35R w/equal length manifold full boost 4200-4500rpm

GT40 w/equal full boost 4500-4800rpm

GT42 W/equal full boost 5700-6200

on a 2.4

GT35R w/equal full boost 3600rpm

GT40 W/equal full boost by 3900-4000rpm

GT42R w/equal full boost by 5000-5500rpm

The only combination that is not completely absurd (from my point of view)
is 2,4 with GT35R
The rest sounds like the car of my buddy (T88H in Supra) who looses most races unless
he's on a straight highway w/o turns ;-)

No offense RnR

I agree with you almost completely. I was just posting the numbers for actual info. We would never put a GT42R on a 2.0 motor. We are hesitant to put one on a 2.4 unless it is going to be some crazy nitrous fed drag car or something.

GT40 works very well on a 2.3 or 2.4 motor. You get full boost a decent RPM and it makes up to 800whp.

no need for a gt42r, it'll ruin the fun in the car.. even the gt40 is pushing it

man, what you need is to take that car to the TRACK! (not dragstrip, ok).
AND SPANK IT!!
I believe you'll really know what you want to do next, after a track experience.
Take it to your Austrian buddy's turf....take it to the A-1 Ring or something. Wh0 knows, you might like cornering, and might just splurge on a fantastic suspension set-up

We made 630whp and 610ftlbs at 30psi. This was on our GT35R Kit. The GT40 kit is going on right now. Please PM me for more details and pricing.

im making well over 400 whp with the gt35r kit on 91 **** water and 18 psi (tuning not complete), i would think race gas and with a gt40r and ur mods would easily make 600whp+ , further more RnR's header is bullet proof and has a warenty to back it=)
