what kind of bov is this
its the one you hear on all of the silvias in movies. like drift bible and touge showdown. it almost sounds like its bouncing .

dude hks has that piercing sound , so does greddy..... the blitz makes the WHOOOSHHSHHSHH
The cone filter gives it a repeated sound its kinda hard to explain but it sounds like its bouncing
Put it this way... i have the blitz, i tried the greddy , my buddy has the hks, so i kno how they sound

I believe the sound you are talking about is compressor surge. This is NOT a good thing. If you really want this, go get a Greddy Type-S and tighten the adjustment screw almost all the way down and you will be happy with your fluttering noise. However, your car will not be happy, but what ever floats your boat.

im selling my blitz bov in case you were interested. it fluttered all the time and sounded just like what you were trying to describe. i never tried putting on the cone filter though because i loved the sound anyway. but you do get stalling issues. its something you just have to get used to for having a cool bov.
